Fried Egg served on Toasted French Bread

Some things in life are just better with jam! In this case, two fried eggs, diced kale and green onions sauteed in olive oil with smoked Gouda cheese sprinkled over the top. This is my Hail Mary breakfast choice when I'm looking for something quick, easy and fulfilling.Oh and by the way, its pretty light in the calories department also. I used a four fruits jam made from organic raspberries, red grapes, cherries and strawberries. It's really good when served on top of toasted french bread and enjoyed with a cup of your favorite coffee.
